Thirteen years in the United States Marine Corps taught me how to get things done under pressure. As a Staff Sergeant, I managed international logistics operations across 156 US consulates, completed a combat deployment to Iraq, coordinated multi-asset fire support as a forward observer, and built high-performing sales teams on recruiting duty.
After the Marines, I moved into the civilian side of the same work. From 2020 to 2023 at Infinity Energy, I executed direct sales while building the company's recruiting engine, establishing repeatable workflows for candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and new hire onboarding. Alongside that, I earned my BBA, then my MBA, and completed specialized training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I launched S & CC Group in 2023 with one goal: build systems that produce real results without constant oversight.
Today, S & CC Group operates autonomous AI content systems across multiple channels, powers 14 revenue streams through digital products and affiliate partnerships, and consults with businesses on AI integration, sales systems, and operational efficiency. A daughter of Filipino immigrants, April built her career across healthcare, e-commerce, and organizational development. She spent years in clinical nursing before launching a fashion boutique that hit six figures in first-year revenue and built a substantial social following in her first quarter. She later built an entire division from scratch for a nonprofit and served as Head of Training and Development for a healthcare organization.
That range is what makes her dangerous. She understands operations, finances, brand, and people. A nonprofit recruited her to design their enrollment systems and author the policies governing healthcare delivery. A healthcare company put her in charge of workforce education. Every role expanded because she delivered.
Today, as CFO, CMO, and Creative Director of S & CC Group, April owns the financial strategy, marketing direction, and brand voice of the organization. She brings the discipline of healthcare, the instincts of an entrepreneur, and the creative eye of a brand builder to everything we produce.
April is also an upcoming author under her name April Madlangbayan. Her forthcoming work, Before the Cross and the Flag, explores generational healing through the lens of pre-colonization Filipino culture. The project includes a children's book series, a therapist guidebook, and the Inherited Wound healing framework.
